# ALIAS SUMMONS IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF MON- TANA, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF SHERIDAN FIRST MINNEAPOLIS TRUST COMPANY, a corporation, Successor by Consolidation to Minneapolis Trust Company, as Trustee for Catherine L. Gaut, under agreement with Kate L. Dunwoody, dated January 12, 1915. Plaintiff. -VS- JOHN S. JOHNSON and INGA M. JOHNSON, his wife, and L. A. BAIRD, as Receiver of Citizens Stae Bank of Grenora, North Dakota, a corporation, and LILLIAN JOHNSON, Defendants. THE STATE OF MONTANA Sends Greetings to the Above Named Defendants, and to Each of Them: You are hereby summoned to answer the complaint in this action which is filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court, a copy of which is herewith served upon one of you in each County wherein any of you reside, and to file your answer and serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff's attorney within twenty days after the service of this Summons, exclusive of the day of service, and in case of your failure to appear or answer, judgment will be taken against you, by default, for the relief demanded in the complaint sau. action being brought for the purpose of obtaining a judgment against the defendants, John S. Johnson and Inga M. Johnson, his wife, for the sum of $4,000.00 together with interest thereon, one one promissory note, for the sum of $122.68, together with interest thereon, said sum being taxes paid by the plaintiff, and for the sum of $11.00, cost of abstract of title, and for the purpose of foreclosing a mortgage made by said defendants, John S. Johnson and Inga M. Johnson, his wife, to the Minneapolis Trust Company, which mortgage was transferred by consolidation of the Minneapolis Trust Company with the Hennepin County Savings Bank, under the name of First Minneapolis Trust Company, the plaintiff herein, and for the sum of $400.00 a reasonable attorney's fee, all of which more fully appears from the complaint on file herein, to which reference is hereby made. The lands described in said mortgage are as follows: Government Lots Seven (7), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve 12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16), of Section Twenty-five (25), Township Thirty-four (34), North of Range Fifty-eight (58), East of the Montana Meridian, in Sheridan County, Montana.
