R. HOWORTH, Special Agent. NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE PEOPLES BANK, WAUNETA, NEBRASKA, TO FILE CLAIMS Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of February, 1932, the Honorable C. E. Eldred, Judge of the District Court of Chase County, Nebraska, wherein the undersigned, E. H. Luikart, as Secretary of the Department of Trade and Commerce of the State of Nebraska, was appointed Receiver of the Peoples Bank, Wauneta, Nebraska, made and entered an order pursuant to the terms of which all creditors and persons having claims against said bank are ordered to file the same with the said E. H. Luikart, Secretary of the Department of Trade and Commerce of the State of Nebraska, Receiver, at his office in the City of Wauneta, Chase County, Nebraska, on or before the 16th day of April, 1932, under penalty of having their claims not so presented forever barred, unless for good cause shown, the Court shall by order direct payment thereof within six months after said day. Hearing on claims shall be had at the county court house in Imperial, Chase County, Nebraska, upon the 16th day of May, 1982, at 10:00 o'clock, or as soon thereafter as they may be heard. Any creditors not receiving through the mails proper forms for filing claims may procure them from the receiver at his office in the Peoples Bank, Wauneta, Nobraska, or from the Clerk of the Distriet Court of Chase County, Imper14-2t E.
