CASHIER GIVES BONDS Watford City, N. D., March 20.-S. R. Otesa. former cashier of the First State bank of Cartwright, is at liberty under bonds of $1,500 pending trial in district court on a charge of accepting deposits in an insolvent bank. The complaint against. Otesa was signed by J. D. Engebretson, a depositor. The bank was closed a few months ago on order of the banking board and is now in the hands of à receiver.
