STEGE TO HANDLE AFFAIRS OF THREE CLOSED BANKS Carrington, N. D., Oct. 11.-Wm. F. Stege of Medina, of the district bank receiver's office at Devils Lake is making this city his headquarters while looking after collections for the closed banks. He will have charge of the paper of the Commercial State Bank, the Security State Bank of Kensal, as well as that of the Citizens State Bank at Pingree.
