Carpio Bank Pays Another Dividend A 15 per cent dividend to creditors of the First Security Bank of Carpio was announced here today By L. R. Baird, receiver of state banks. This payment brings the total paid to creditors of that bank to 80 per cent. Payment is being made through G. R. Van Sickle, district manager for the receiver. Minot.
