BANKS TAKEN OVER MILWAUKEE, Wis., July 23, Three Milwaukee community banks with combined deposits of $2,000,000 were taken over by the state banking commissioner. Banks closed wereLayton Park State, Liberty State and Security State. A small run started on Liberty last week and continued with increased withdrawals.
