FUNDS OF ESTATE IN BANK AT BIGGS A petition for the distribution of the estate of Fredrich Mindermann was filed yesterday. The petition recites that the estate has $745.08 on deposit in the Sacramento Valley Bank of Biggs, that recently suspended. The administrator, John H. Minderman, asks, however, that he be not charged with the amount and the court declare that he has used due diligence in handling the money of the estate. In support of this he states that the account originally in the bank at Biggs was $9500 and that the amount was reduced to less than $500 but that certain sums of money were deposited there by debtors of the estate to the account of the administrator shortly before the bank suspended. The final account shows receipts of $21,000.12, and disbursements of $3,398.17, leaving a balance to be distributed of $17,601.95. The heirs are nephews and nieces of the decedent. Guy R. Kennedy is attorney for the estate.
