Lincoln, May 29 Attorney Gen otal Spillman today applied to the district court of county for the appointment of J. Rogers of Lodge Pole, as receiver for the Angora state bank. which was closed by the guarantee fund commission several weeks ago, Mr. Rogers has been in charge of the bank since its closing.
