The action is based on promissory note in the amount of $76.64 executed Boden favor of Stanley Felber. Feb. 1924. and assigned by the latter to the Corvallis bank. now defunct. Robertson asks judgment for the principal with interest nt the rate of 10 per cent from maturity date.
