PROCEEDINGS Of the Commissioners of Liberty County, Montana Chester, Montana, July 1925. The Board of County Commissioners met in regular session this day o'clock H. Chairman, and Klingel, Commissioners and the Shebel Rehal. The minutes of previous meeting read and approved. An agreement heretofore made tween the Board of County Commissioners and M. Sheldon regards the bonds of the said M. don and Berglin, securing de posits on the First National Bank of Chester, now suspended, was read and discussed and the following resoluwas unanimously adopted: RESOLUTION Chester, Montana, July 6, 1925. Whereas, The individual members constituting the Board of County Commissioners of Liberty County, Montana, did, on the 6th day of June, 1925 enter into an agreement writing with M. Sheldom, which agreement was in effect the settlement of an action then pending the District Court of the Eighteenth Judicial District of of Montana, in and for Hill County, which action Liberty County was plaintiff and Berglin were defendants, whereby seek recover from said defendants by reaof liability on depository bond for County deposits in The First National Bank of Chester, at the time the said Bank suspended business. Now, Therefore, We, the undersigned' being all of the members the said Board of County Commissioners of Liberty County, Montana, and such Board do, at this date, and in regular session, hereby ratify, approve and confirm all of the terms and conditions set forth in said ment, and in signification of such proval, ratification and confirmation, and of our assent to any and all of said terms and conditions, do hereby our day of 1925. Provided monies which may be paid by the ceiver of said Bank as dividend by reason of the Certificate of claim heretofore issued by the said Receiver, the same shall be credited upon the amount due the County of Liberty, from the said M. The report of the appraisers pointed by the District Court to praise the Devine buildings ground for warehouse purposes presented, read and ordered filed. It was ordered that the County Treasurer be authorized transfer from the County sinking fund to the Road Fund the sum of $943.26 and from the Gopher Fund to the Road Fund and from Insect the Pest Fund to the Classification Fund and from the Classification Fund to the Road Fund At 5:00 o'clock M., the board journed.
