Wahpeton is whooping things-for the Richland county fair. Final settlement is to be made with the creditors of the defunct Northwood State bank, which has been in the hands of Receiver Loe since July, 1901. The creditors are to receive 14.43 cents on the dollar. A final hearing in the case was held yesterday before Judge Templeton and the receiver made hi report.
