In the Chancery Court at Carrollton, Pickens County, Alabama. To the Creditors of Tishomingo Banking Company-Take Notice:Under and by virtue 6£ a decree rendered by said Honorable Chancery Court, in the above styled cause, on the 29th day of December, 1915, the creditors of the Tishomingo Banking Company, formerly doing business in the town of Iuka, state of Mississippi, are hereby notified and required to file their claims, verified under oath, with the Register in Chancery, at Carrollton, Pickens County, Alabama, on or before the 1st day of March, 1916, or they will be forever barred from participating in the funds in the hands of the Receiver and Trustee of said Tishomingo Banking Company.
