The affairs of the Watson Banking Company of Watson, Atchison County, were to be liquidated today, according to the Rock Port Mail. Depositors are to be paid in full. The president of the bank declar ed some months ago that a new banking law enacted by Congress had forced the decision of the bank to quit business.. The Watson bank was the northwesternmost financial institution in Missouri.
