BANK'S RECEIVER SUES PACKING COMPANY HERE Suit on three notes totaling $44.000 was filed yesterday in circuit court by the McDaniel National bank, with C. E. French as receiver, against the Springfield Packing company. The notes were made in 1926. Two of them were for $15,000 each and the other for $14,000. The Better Business bureau, designed to increase public confidence in advertising of merchandise, has been formed at New Orleans with 55 charter members.
