By virtue of authority vested in the undersigned. as receiver of the Mercantile Trust Company of Pittsburgh. by a decree of the court of common pleas of Dauphin county, Pennsylvania, in Cause No. 761, Commonwealth Docket 1909, wherein Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, ex rel. M. Hampton Todd, Attorney General, is plaintiff and the Mercantile Trust Company of Pittsburgh is defendant, which said decree was passed by said court on July 2. 1912, and amended July 20, 1912, I will offer for sale at public auction at the premises, on TUESDAY. SEPTEMBER SEVENTEENTH, 1912. AT HALFPAST FOUR O'CLOCK P.M.. the following described land and premises situate in the District of Columbia, distinguished as and being lot 32 in Seymour W. Tullock et al. subdivision of part of block 3, Washington Heights, as per plat recorded in County Book 12, page 54, in the surveyor's office of said District, said lot being sixteen and sixty-seven hundredths (16.67) feet by one hundred and four (104) feet, and improved as above described: sold, subject, however, to a prior deed of trust for $4,000. Terms of sale: Ten per cent (10%) of the purchase money over and above said deed of trust shall be paid when the property is stricken off, fifteen per cent (15%) additional upon confirmation of the sale by the court and the remainder of said sum in one month from the date of said confirmation, when a deed, at the expense of the purchaser or purchasers, will be delivered by the receiver and possssion of the premises given.
