Description

Articles (St. Paul Daily Globe, Sept. 23, 1893) state the bank had invoked the 60-day notice during the panic but issued a Sept. 15 notice withdrawing the 60-day requirement and resuming ordinary payments. OCR shows 'Sept. 15, 1895' in one line; I corrected this to 1893 to match the newspaper date. No explicit depositor run is described — this is a suspension (time-limit) that is being lifted (reopening).
