Sheriff's Sale In the District Court of the Fourth Judicial District of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Sanders. R. A. O'Hara as Receiver of Corvallis State Bank of Corvallis, Montana, a Corporation, Plaintiff VS. Robert Keays and Carrie Keays, Husband and Wife, Defendants. To be sold at sale on the 14th day of January, A. D., 1926, at the hour of of said day at the front door of the court house in the town of Thompson Falls, Sanders County, Montana, the following described land and premises, to-wit: Lot Six (6), and the East Half (E2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section Six (6), Township Twenty (20) North, Range Twenty Three (23) West, Montana Meridian; to. gether with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in appertaining. Sheriff's Sale. R. A. O'Hara, as receiver of the Corvallis State Bank, a corporation. plaintiff, versus Cynthia Kern, defendant. To be sold at sheriff's sale on the 16th day of July A. D. 1926, at 11 o'clock a. m. at the front door of the court house, in the Town of Hamilton, County of Ravalli, State of Montana, the following described real property, to-wit: A tract of land situated in the southeast quarter (SE%) of the southeast quarter (SE%) of section 25, township 6 north, range 21 west, Montana meridian, being part of lots and 7, and all of lots and 6, in block 26 of South Side addition to Hamilton, Montana, according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the county clerk and recorder of Ravalli county, Montana, being particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point that bears south, 4 degrees 25 minutes east, distant 48 feet from the northeast corner of lot 3, in said block 26: running thence south degrees 25 minutes east, 77.78 feet; thence south 85 degrees 35 minutes west 140 feet; thence north, degrees 25 minutes west, 77.78 feet: thence north, 85 degrees 35 minutes east, 140 feet; to the place of beginning and containing an area of not quarter of an acre.
