GERMAN-AMERICAN BANK SETTLEMENT Another Dividend of 10 Per Cent Has Been Declared. Gustav Willius, receiver of the GermanAmerican bank, filed his fourth report in the district court yesterday and asked permission of the court to be allowed to pay an additional dividend of 10 per cent. Previous to this time dividends amounting to 15 per cent have been paid and this payment will make a total of 25 per cent. There is nothing in the report to indicate whether or not there will be any farther dividends paid.
