CANTON, ILL., Dec. 24.-The Bank of Farmington, a private institution, located at Farmington, ten miles north of here, failed yesterday afternoon. Jackson Mason was the owner. Assets and liabilities about $20,000 each. Poor collections are assigned as the cause of the failure.
