GLENROCK, Wyo., Oct. 9.—That Cashier F. M. Dumm, receiver of the Bank of Glenrock, be removed from his responsibility, is being asked here in a petition of intervention filed in the district court. There are charges of self interest, misrepresentation and manipulation of funds, shown in the petition.
