Failed Bank Receiver Sues Granite Firm for $163,649 A suit to recover $163,649.58. alleged due on of promissory was filed Tuesday morning in federal court here by B. C. Schram, as receiver of the First Na. tional bank of St. Cloud. against Charles E. Bunnell, trustee in bankruptcy for the Hilder Granite company ,and 13 other defendants. The promissory notes were alleged to have been made prior to Jan. 17, 1925, on which date the bank was closed, by the Hilder Granite company and others interested in the firm. the complaint states. Bunnell was trustee of the granite company on Nov 15, the company filed a petition. Hugo Grundman and Arthur R., Ida and Ernest Hilder, interested in the firm, have filed answers to the receivers complaint. alleging that not more than $60,000 is due the bank receiver Other defendants named in the suit Arthur Ida C and Ernest Hilder, J Kaveney, Minnesota White Granite company, United States Granite company, Em. ployers' Mutual Liability Insurance company Harrison Supply company, A.
