District. In the matter of the receivership of E. Allen & Co., insolvents-At Chambers, August 12th, 1891. This cause came on to be heard upon the second accounting of The St. Paul Trust Company, as receiver of said insolvents, this day filed, and the petition of said receiver, filed therewith. asking, amongst other things, that its said account may be examined, and the balance in its hands adjudicated and determined: that said receiver be directed to declare a pro rata dividend of such balance amongst the creditors entitled thereto. and to pay the same: and for the orders of this court in relation to certain unsalable assets, described in said petition; and that upon filing in this court satisfactory proofs and evidence that it has paid such dividend as may be so ordered, and otherwise complied with such orders as this court shall make upon the hearing of said petition and account, the said receiver may be discharged from further liability in the premises. It is now ordered that the said petition and accounting be heard at a special term of this court, appointed to be held at the Court House in St. Paul, in said county, on Saturday, the 12th day of September, 1891. at the opening of said court on that day, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard. That all creditors of said insolvents. or other persons in any manner interested in the estate of said insolvents, then and there appear and show cause. if any they have, why the prayer of said petition should not be granted. Further ordered, that notice of this order be given to all persons in any manner interested in said estate, by the publication there of, once in each week. for three successive weeks, bofore the date of said hearing, in the St. Paul DAILY GLOBE, a public newspaper printed and published in said city of St. Paul: and that a copy of said order be mailed to each of the creditors of said insolvents who have heretofore filed claims with said receiver, duly enveloped and directed, postage prepaid, to the place of residence or postoffice address of such creditors, SO far as the same are known to said receiver, within five days after the date of the first publication of this order. In the matter of the receivership of E. Allen & Co., insolvents-At Chambers, August 12th, 1891.
