District Court, Second Judicial District. In the matter of the receivership of E. Allen & Co., insolvents. Notice is hereby given, that under and by virtue of an order of the district court for the Second Judicial district, County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, made and entered Jul y14th, 1890, in the above-entitled proceeding. the undersigned, The St. Paul Trust Company, as the receiver of the property of said insolvents, will offer and expose for sale at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, at its office, No 157 East Fourth street, St. Paul, on Thursday. the 7th day of August, A. D. 1890, at 11 o'clock in the forenoou of that day. all and singular the several accounts and balances of account due said insolvents, including that certain account against one B. J. Ettelsohn, for $22,309.33, and, also, eight thousand (8,000) shares of the stock of the Crescent Iron Mining and Exploring Company, of Chicago, Illinois. A schedule of said accounts and balances of account, and also the stock so to be sold, may be examined at an time before the day of sale, at the office of The St. Paul Trust Company.
