A JUDGMENT FOR J. W. FARWELL & CO. St. Paul, Minn., April 1.-Judge Kelly filed an important decision to-day in the District Court in the case of John V. Farwell & Co., of Chicago, against the St. Paul Trust Company as receiver of E. Allen & Co. The amount of the Farwell claim was $44,874 02. The case is a voluminous one, and Judge Kelly's findings are an elaborate review of the transactions. As conclusions of law he finds that Farwell & Co, are entitled to judgment in the sum of $31,444 49.
