# STOCKHOLDERS MUST ANSWER. Allemania Bank Creditors Press Their Claims in Court. Judge Otis, of the district court, at a special term yesterday, had before him the old Allemania bank matter, in the form of the application of the receiver for an order of the court, assessing the stockholders. The assets of the bank are in round numbers about $15,000 and the liabilities $86,000, with interest. This is a difference of about $70,000 for the receiver to gather up from some quarter, which is the reason for the application. There were several attorneys present and each had an objection to offer on behalf of his client or clients to the plan

STATE OF MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF Ramsey.-ss. District Court, Second Judicial District. State of Minnesota, ex rel., attorney general, vs. Allemania Bank. Fred Morey having filed in this Court in the action above entitled, his petition for leave to file herein his claim against said defendant, the Allemania Bank of Saint Paul; It is Hereby Ordered, That all creditors of said defendant and W. F. Hunt, its receiver, and all persons interested, show cause, if any they have, before this Court, at a Special Term thereof, to be held in the Court House, at Saint Paul, Minnesota, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of Saturday, the 9th day of November, 1901, why the prayer of said petitioner be not granted. Let this order be published once each week for two successive weeks in the Saint Paul Globe, and a copy thereof be served upon said receiver forthwith. Dated October 21, 1901. CHARLES E. GET 30 PER CENT Another Dividend Declared for the Benefit of Allemania Bank CredItors. Creditors of the Allemania bank of St. Paul. will shortly be paid a 10 per cent dividend on their claims, the third dividend of this size that has been declared by Receiver William F. Hunt since the bank's failure. The receiver's report. filed yesterday. shows a cash balance on hand. amounting to $10,517. Total receipts up to date have been $36,059.
