PROCTOR BANK IS CLOSED Duluth, Dec. 14.-The Mesaba State bank of Proctor, Minn., was closed today by order of the state bank examiner. The shortage of C. A. Martinson, cashier of the bank who is charged with embezzling from the Mesaba bank to start another in his home town of Wittenberg, Wis., may run to more than $30,000, according to Bert Fuller, deputy bank examiner.
