SAN DIEGO, CAL., Aug. 2.-Judge Pierce of the Superior Court to-day rendered a decision of considerable interest in the matter of the hearing of the exceptions of directors of the California Savings Bank against the report of Receiver Murray, lately in charge of that institution. General Eli H. Murray has been in control of the bank's affairs for some years and in filing his final report on May 24 he put in an item for salary at the rate of $50 per week.
