London has a hospital which is in charge of women surgeons and is run entirely by women in all its departments. # Summons. State of Minnesota County of Hennepin.--ss. District Court, Fourth Judicial District. Joseph F. Bow, Plaintiff, vs. Amasa H. Earle and — Earle, his wife, A. H. Earle and — Earle, his wife, Hans O. Peterson and Christine Peterson, his wife. Washington Bank and Andreas Ueland as Receiver of Washington Bank, also all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, interest, estate, or lien in the real estate described in the complaint herein, Defendants. Peterson and Christine Peterson, his wife, Washington Bank and Andreas Ueland as Receiver of Washington Bank, also all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, interest, or lien in the real estate described in the complaint herein, Defendants. Notice is hereby given that an action has been commenced and is pending in the above named court. upon a complaint of the above named plaintiff, against the above named defendants; that the object of said action is to quiet the title to the lands hereinafter described and to establish the plaintiff's claim against any claim of the defendants thereto and forever bar said defendants from any right or title in the said premises adverse to the plaintiff.
