Description

Multiple mortgage-sale notices state that mortgages were assigned ... on the 18th day of July, 1907, to Ernest R. Moore by James D. Shearer, Receiver of the said Minnesota Title Insurance & Trust Company, indicating the company had a receiver appointed (i.e., in receivership/closed). The articles do not report a run or a later reopening—only foreclosure notices referencing the receiver—so I classify this as a suspension/closure (permanent closure with receiver).
