CLAIM ON DR. BELL'S INSURANCE IS DENIED West End Savings Bank Plea Fails in Court Claim of the West End Savings bank for $10,000 insurance on the life of Dr. A. W. Bell, president of the Woodlawn Savings bank was denied Thursday by Judge W. M. Walker in chancery court when he sustained demurrers filed by the First National bank as receiver to filed West End bank. The judge ruled that Insurance money collected on the life of Dr. Bell must be held by the receiver until May 5. six months after settlement of claims.
