BANK RECEIVER SALES AUTHORIZED
Authority has been granted in an order by Judge Lewelling to A. A. Schramm, superintendent of banks liquidating the Bank of Woodburn, allowing sale of the old First National bank building, asset of the bank, to Fred G., and Carolyn W. Evenden for $3200 cash. The bank was carried at a book value of $7,481.92. The bank superintendent is permitted to maintain offices in the building at $10 a month. The sale is also made subject to the lease of O. S. Olson on the property. Taxes of $371.86 are due on the property. Authority is also given in connection with the banks of Woodburn and Hubbard to sell certain Reedsport bonds at 37 flat.
In connection with the Bank of Stayton permission is authorized to sell the Anna Pieser property for $450 to J. F. Weisenberger and to make certain repairs on the Albany Auto court up to a cost of $250.
