Notice is hereby given that under and
by virtue of a judgment and decree en-
tered in the above entitled action on
the 28th day of October, 1905, a certi-
fied transcript of which has been de-
livered to me, I, the undersigned,
Sheriff of said St. Louis County, will
sell at public auction to the highest
bidder for cash on Monday, the 18th
day of December, 1905, at ten o'clock
in the forenoon at the front door of the
County Court House in the City of Du-
luth, in said county in one parcel, the
premises and real estate described in
said judgment and decree, to-wit, the
undivided one-third (1-3) of all those
tracts or parcels of land lying and be-
ing in the County of St. Louis and
State of Minnesota, described as fol-
lows, to-wit:
Lot two (2), Section six (6), Town-
ship fifty-eight (58) N. Range Fifteen
(15). The Northeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section Twenty-
four (24), Township Fifty-nine (59)
N. Range Fifteen (15). The Southeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter, the
Northeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter and the Northwest quarter of
the Southeast quarter of Section Nine-
teen (19), Township Fifty-nine (59)
