June 8 STATE OF MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF REDWOOD, IN DISTRICT COURT. IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUIDATION OF THE FARMERS STATE BANK OF BELVIEW, BELVIEW, MINNESOTA. In the Matter of the Sale of Land to Floyd Schleuter. WHEREAS, A. J. Veigel, Commissioner of Banks of the State of Minnesota, as Receiver of the Farmers State Bank of Belview, Belview, Minnesota has filed his Petition in this court asking for an order to sell the East half of the Southwest Quarter (E½ of SW 1/4) and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE½ of NW½), all in Section 7, in Township 33, of Range 28, containing 120 acres, more or less, according to the Government Survey thereof, To E. W. Currier, executor, John Schleuter, Rufus Dreyer and Floyd Schleuter for the sum of $2898.53, said consideration to be paid by the assignment to the said Farmers State Bank of a certain commercial account in said bank owned by E. W. Currier, executor, in the sum of $812.74, and by an assignment to said Bank of certain Certificates of deposit in said bank owned by John Schleuter in the sum of $960.81 and by an assignment to said bank of certain certificates of deposit owned by Floyd Schleuter in the sum of $1125.00, NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, That a hearing on said Petition be had before this Court at the Court House in the City of Redwood Falls, Minnesota, on the 20th day of June 1927 at ten o'clock in the forenoon of said day, at which time the Court will hear all persons interested in the liquidation of said Bank concerning the sale of said lands as set forth in said Petition, which is filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court in and for the County of Redwood, State of Minnesota; and that this should be published one week in a legal newspaper in the City of Redwood Falls, Minnesota, the day of publication to be at least ten days before said hearing.
