The Bank Failure at Highland, III. ST. LOUIS, May 2-The banking house of F. Ryhiner & Co., of Highland, III., suspended two days ago, but so far no statement of its condition has been made, and nothing definite as to liabilities or assets can be stated. The opinion prevails, however, that the failure is a bad one, and that the loss to depositors will be heavy. An assignment will probably be made.
