Max Edwin Williams. Ypsilanti Savings Bank cashier, died Monday night at the home of his mother, Mrs. Mabel R. Williams, Ann Arbor. He had been in ill health five weeks and was recently removed from St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Ann Arbor, to the home. Mr. Williams had served as state bank examiner for several years and came to Ypsilanti as receiver for Ypsilanti Savings Bank. Upon the Bank's reorganization in December, 1931. he became cashier and had held that post since. He was a charter member of Washtenaw Volture 40 and 8 and a member of Ypsilanti Post 282 of the American Legion. Previous to
