PETERSON TO BE SUED BY BANKS Rugby, N. D., June 30.-It is stated here that the receivers of the banks of Rugby and Barton. will bring suit against Former Treasurer Peterson to recover $4,700 which he is alleged to have received from Andy Jones. In the report of the legislative investigating committee, made public yesterday, the committee stated that Peterson received a bonus of $4,700 for allowing excess vouchers to remain in the Rugby and Barton banks. It is this sum that the receivers hope to recover.

D., July 1-It is stated here that the receivers of the banks of Rugby and Barton will bring suit against former treasurer Peterson to recover $4,700 which he is alleged to have received from Andy Jones.
