ALLOWS ACCOUNT OF BANK'S RECEIVER John E. Crose's final account as receiver of the Kalamazoo County State bank of Schooleraft was allowed Tuesday afternoon by Judge George V. Weimer, after a hearing which was open to everyone interested in the bank who desired to obtain information in regard to the account, or make objections to it. No objections to allowance of the account were made. Crose will not be discharged as receiver of the Schoolcraft bank until an order authorizing the reopening of the bank is made by the state, banking department.
