DIRECTORS OF BANK HAVE TO PAY COUNTY Howell June 29 Judge Joseph H Collins of Corunna. Wednesday awarded Livingston county a judgment of $7,000 against the direc. tors of the Pinckney State bank. which closed April 1932. The amount represents the balance of a $20,000 deposit made by the county April 1931. When the deposit was made the directors became sureties on $20,000 bond given by the bank At the time the bank closed there remained $10,000 of this amount on deposit. but since that time $3,000 has been paid in dividends by the bank receiver.
