BANK TO PAY DIVIDEND. LANSING, Mich., June 24.-(Special.)-The state banking commission- er has approved the articles of incor- poration of the state bank of Holton, with a capital stock of $20,000. The department has received notice that S. H. Godfrey, receiver of the Farmers' and Merchants' bank, of Parma, will, on June 30 declare another dividend of 20 per cent, making a 50 per cent dividend which has been paid since the bank closed its doors.
