Happenings In District Court Court convened at 10 a. m. Saturday, September 22nd. Hon. John J. Greene was the presiding judge. Officers present H. D. Towne, Tom Kel ly and Malcolm P. Lyons. The following cases came up: C. B. Roberts vs. First International Bank, on a contract, demurrer submitted. Rudolph Reseth vs. A. Beardslee, Demurrer submitted. Douglas Parker vs. James A. Johnson. Suit for money due. Demurrer overruled and defendant given 20 days to further plea. J. L. O'Donnell vs. Carl E. Brown. Foreclsoure. Demurrer overruled, and defendant given 20 days from date to further plea. John Mars, vs. Moody company, attachment suit for money due. Defen dant given 20 days from this date to futher plea. Federal Land Bank, vs. Peter Larson. Decree of foclousure. Agnes Myer, vs. Julius Brash, et al, decree of foreclosure. Agens Myer, vs. Walker et al, decree of foreclosure. H. Ray Hover, vs. Wainwright, decree of foreclosure. C. L. Dempster, vs. Kirk, decree of foreclosure. Cray vs. McNett et al, decree of foreclosure. Retters vs. Benj. K. Hammer, et al decree of foreclosre. Petters and company, vs. Lewis Drovd, decree of foreclosure. Martin Radler, vs. Edith R. Brown, decree of foreclosure. Alexis Campbell vs. Josephine Campbell, decree of divorce, rendered according to prayer in plaintiffs. Herman A. Ruestow, vs. Eva Ruestow, decree of divorce. George West vs. Hugh McGivern, set for trial November 15, 1923. Receiver for First International Bank of Sweet Grass, was submitted to this court, James W. Freeman, attorney for the defendant, who announced to the court this should be granted. Whereupon the court grant ed that J. H. Guerin, Sweet Grass, be appointed. J. H. Guren, of Sweet Grass was appointed receiver of said bank, upon his filing a bond in the sum of $20,000, to be approved by the court or the judge thereof and his taking oath of office. Catherine Campbell, vs. Carl B. Campbell, decree of divorce, granted.
