TO COLLECT COUNTY FUNDS GREAT FALLS, Jan. 10.โ€”C. H. Sands, Paul Graves, L. M. Lerburg, the Security State Bank of Devon and E. V. Day, receiver, are named as defendants in suit filed in district court Wednesday by the Aetna Casualty & Surety company for judgment to recover on $5000 of Toole county deposits in the bank, and which were guaranteed by the casualty company under the terms of an indemnity contract. Judgement is sought for $5000, $750 attorneys' fee and costs.

D. 1924, at 3 o'clock P. M. at the front door of the Court House in the City of Shelby, in the said County of Toole, the following property: The Southeast quarter (SE1-4) of Section Twenty-five (25) in Township thirty-five (35) north Range One (1) east of the Montana Meridian, containing 160 acres more or less, according to the government survey thereof.
