CISEL IS NAMED BANK RECEIVER Stong Accepts Resignation of Dickson in Yegen Trust. An order by Judge Robert C. Stong accepting the resignation of W. E. Dickson as receiver for Yegen Brothers, Bankers, of Billings and appointing Grover C. Cisel as his successor was filed with the clerk of the district court Monday. The transfer of the receivership, according to the court order, is to be effective June 15 or as soon as it can be conveniently arranged. Bonds are fixed at $10,000. According to Mr. Cisel. he will take charge of the receivership about June 30 and the business will be transacted in the future until the termination of the receivership from his office. Mr Cisel has been legal representative of the for number of months. "Most of the assets of the bank have been liquidated," Mr. Cisel said Monday in confirming his acceptance of the position, "and the remaining assets are of such nature that the trust cannot afford the expense of full-time receiver. Most of the matters remaining to be looked after are of legal nature. With the taking over of the receivership. will handle the trust along with my regular law_business. The bank was closed in March, 1924. The principal assets, including the Yegen Brothers, Inc., store and the principal farm and business properties of the bank have been sold. The trust has still undistributed cash on hand which, with further liquidation, will make it possible to pay the creditors some ad ditional dividends before the trust is terminated, according to Mr. Cisel.

Cisel, Receiver of Yegen Bros., Bankers, Billings, Montana, You will please take notice that the following described property, situated in the County of Carbon, State of Montana: Southwest quarter of the northeast quarter; north half of the southwest quarter; northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 3, Township 3 South, Range 22 East, M. P. M. was, on the 1st day of October, 1923, sold for delinquent taxes; that the whole of said property was sold on said date for the sum of Fifty-four and 11-100 Dollars ($54.11); that said property was struck off to Carbon County as the purchaser, at said delinquent tax sale, and, that there is now due and owing to Carbon County upon said property for taxes to date the sum of Two hundred forty-nine and 76-100 Dollars ($249.76). That the time when the right of redemption will expire and when the purchaser will apply for a Tax Deed is the 21st day of October, 1929, at one o'clock P. M. of said day. The owner (or owners), mortgagΓ©e (or mortgagees), assigns (or assignees), of said mortgage (or mortgages), above described may redeem said property by paying the amount due said County and all fees, percentages, penalties and costs. Notice is hereby further given that Carbon County, State of Montana, in accordance with an order and resolution duly made by the Board of County Commissioners of said County, unless the property described is in the meantime, redeemed, will on the 21st day of October, 1929, apply to the Treasurer of Carbon County, State of Montana for a tax deed for said above described property. BANK RECEIVER HERE ARRESTED Allege Larceny by Dickson From Yegen Bank Funds. Herbert Bailey. deputy sheriff, left Wednesday night for Los Angeles, to return to Billings as a prisoner, W. E. Dickson, former receiver of Yegen Brothers, Bankers, to face charges of grand larceny, in connection with alleged misappropriation of funds during his receivership Although Dickson has signified his willingness to return here, the officer will go to Helena. with the proper credentials and affidavits for securing requisition papers from Gov. J. E. Erickson and will go by way of Sacramento to secure the signature of Governor Young for Dickson's extraDickson was arrested at Los Angeles Wednesday by the sheriff's office there upon the request of local authorities, following an investigation of affairs during his receivership by Judge Robert C. Stong, who is named as the principal witness for the state. Discrepancies running from Oct. 1, 1926, to July 1, 1928, when Dickson was receiver. are alleged to have been uncovered.
