TEXAS BANK ASSIGNED. Believed All Creditors Will Be Paid in Full. DALLAS, Texas, July 15.-A special to the News from Kemp, Texas, says: The Kemp Bank, by Dodge Mason, sole owner and proprietor, and Dodge Mason, individually, executed a general assignment to J. W. Young, assignee. The assets are estimated at $175,000, with liabilities of $100,000. It is believed that all creditors would be paid in full and a surplus remain.
