FINANCIAL. The big textile mills of Rhodes Bros., at Llewelling, Pa., which were shut down last Saturday, were placed in the hands of a receiver yesterday. The cotton market was again wild and panicky, being influenced by Strong cables and bad crop reports; the close was at a net loss of 25 to 32 points.
