Banks Have a Run. For several days there have been senseless stories circulated concerning the lack of stability of both the City National and Lansing State Savings Banks, with the result that a slight run was commenced Friday and was continued to-day. Both institutions have announcements showing that their condition was never so strong as at present. The City National directors assert that they could pay every depositor in full and still have a balance of over $200,000, while the Lansing State Bank's surplus as to depositors is $167,000. Depositors were invited to coche and get their money rather that experience a moment of uneasiness.
