RECEIVERS MUST PAY Bank's Taxes, Attorney-General Rules In Fostoria Case. Columbus, Ohio, May Bank must pay the bank's taxes, Attorney John W. Bricker advised the Attorney of Seneca today. The receiver for the Union National Bank Fostoria, Bricker was insisted that in paying the bank's delinquent taxes he need pay only the amount of taxes due out penalties or interest Bricker held he must pay the penalties and interest of failure to pay the taxes. In an to the Prosecuting Attorney of Jackson Brick er held that trustees are without to transfer any money from their general fund or gasoline tax fund the county treasury to be used by the county commissioners for poor relief.

SENECA - CO COURT NOTES TIFFIN, Nov. 14 (Special) — James V. Ford, receiver of the Union National Bank of Fostoria, was authorized in common pleas court to accept Home Owners' Loan Corp. bonds for $2,159.78 in full settlement of a claim against William J. and Lulu M. Holman. He was also authorized to accept $280 cash from Ervin L. Kinney in settlement of another claim.
