# Receiver Seeks Discharge. William H. Donohue, as receiver of the Irish-American bank, has filed a petition asking that he be discharged. The petition recites that the estate has been closed up and that $157.28, unclaimed dividends, has been deposited with the clerk of courts. The matter will come up for hearing Jan. 3.

STATE OF MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF HENNEpin-District Court, Fourth Judicial District. Thomas Gallagher, plaintiff, vs. Irish-American Bank et al, defendants. William H. Donahue, receiver in the above entitled action, having duly made and filed his final report therein, and having applied to be discharged as receiver from further duties and responsibilities in connection with his said trust. it is hereby Ordered, That said application be heard at a special term of this counrt to be held at the courthouse in the city of Minneapolis, in said county, and state, on the 3d day of January, A. D. 1903. at 10 o'clock a. m., and that the creditors and all persons interested in said matter show cause at said time and place why said petitioner should not be discharged and relieved from further duties and responsibilities with respect to his said trust. Let service hereof be made by publishing this order at least once in the Minneapolis Journal, and by mailing a copy thereof to the respective attorneys who have appeared in said action at least ten days prior to the day of hearing. Dated Dec. 15th, 1902. A. M. HARRISON, Judge
