TATE of VERMONT-IN CHANCERYSECOND JUDICIAL CIRCUIT.-SOLOMON DOWNER, PAUL DILLINGHAM and EDMUND WESTON, Petitioners, V8. SOUTH ROYALTON BANK.-On motion of said petitioners to the Hon. ABEL UNDERWOOD, Chancel. lor within said Circuit, on this 8th day of July, A. D 1857, it is ordered by said Chancellor that nine months from this date be allowed for the creditors and bill-holders of said Bank to present and prove their respective claims against said Bank; and that JOHN B. HUTCHINSON of West Randolph, in the County of Orange and State of Vermont, be appointed Master in Chancery to receive the proof of said several claims, and to adjust and report to said Court the same, with their several and respective nature and amount, and the names and residence of the several and respective holders and owners of the same, together with the facts by him found in respect to all such as shall be contested, with his decision thereon; and that the said Master appoint convenient times and places at which he will attend to the duties of his sald appointment, and give public notice thereof, as well as of this order, as by his commission from said Chancellor he is therein directed; and that all persens or corporations having, holding or owning claims of any description whatsoever, or bills or notes against the said South Royalton Bank, or for the payment of which the said Bank, or its securities, or assets, is, or are liable, who shall not, within the said term of nine months hereinbefore limited, present and prove their said respective claims, bills or notes before the said Master, shall be forever barred and precluded from claiming or receiving any part, share, or dividend of or from the assets, property or securities of said Bank in the hands of, or to be reeeived by the Receiver heretofore appointed by said Chancellor upon the petition of the above entitled petitioners against the said South Royalton Bank, or of or from any and all bonds mortgages, or other securities held by the Treasurer of the State of Vermont, for the security or redemption of the bills or notes of the said Bank. Now, therefore, the undersigned Master aforesaid, hereby gives notice of the order of said Chan cellor in the premises, and that he, the said Master, will be present and attend to the duties of his appointment at the Northfield House, in NORTHFIELD, in Washington County and State of Vermont, on the 17th, 18th and 19th days of November next; at Woodward's Hotel, in SOUTH ROYALTON, in Windsor County and State aforesaid, on the 22d, 23d and 24th days of December next; at the Northfield House aforesaid on the THIRD and FOURTH TUESDAYS in February next, and on the FIRST WEDNESDAY of March next, at nine o'elock in the forenoon of each of said days.
