Embezzler Flees From Arizona; Hunt Continued 00 PHEONIX, Ariz., March 24-(U.P.) Search for William O'Driscoll, 47, on a charge of embezzling $2,000 of funds of the Morris Plan company of Arizona, of which he is president, spread into Southern California and Northern Texas tonight. The sheriff's office here, in chage of the seahch, said it was "certain" O'Driscoll had fled the state. It said it had requested authorities at Los Angeles and Fort Worth to aid in the hunt. The Morris Plan company is in receivership pending reorganization. A felony warrant against O'Driscoll was filed in justice court late today by Joe P. Metz, trustee of the company. The company, which maintains offices here and at Tucson, was declared insolvent recently following an examination by the state banking department. O'Driscoll has been prominent in business and social circles here for several years.
