Williamson yesterday was ar raigned before Justice McKee on charge of uttering a bogus check He was released under a bond of $1000 which he furnished to appear for examination to the charge on Januar 20. The complaint was made by Cal Messner, who alleges Williamson gave him a check for $1000 dated December as part payment on a seven and he-half ton Mack truck valued at $2500. The check was returned by the bank he alleges, unpaid.
