SHERIFF'S SALE Thomas J. Humbird, William H. Farnham and Paul N. Myers, Trustees under the will of John A. Humbird, Plaintiffs, against Frank S. Blair, and Pauline A. Blair, and the Citizens State Bank of Clyde Park, a banking corporation, and Floyd J. Habein, as Receiver of the Citizens State Bank of Clyde Park, Montana, a corporation, Defendants. By virtue of an order of sale and decree of foreclosure in the above entitled cause, issued out of the District Court of the Sixth Judicial District of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Park, I will sell at Public Auction to the highest bidder at Sheriff's Sale at the front door of the Court House in the City of Livingston in said County of Park and State of Montana, on Monday, the 17th day of March, A. D. 1924, between the hours of 9 o'clock a. m. and 5 o'clock p. m. to-wit, at Two o'clock p. m. of said day, all the right, title and interest of the above named defendants, to-wit: Frank S. Blair and Pauline A. Blair, and the Citizens State Bank of Clyde Park, a banking corporation, and Floyd J. Habein, as Receiver of the Citizens State Bank of Clyde Park, Montana, a corporation, in and to the following described Real property, to-wit: All of Section Three (3) and all of Section Nine (9) in Township One (1) North, Range Ten (10) East of the Montana Principal Meridian, Park County, Montana, containing twelve hundred eighty (1280) acres of land, more or less, together with all ditch and water rights for irrigation or otherwise. Together with all and singular the privileges, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. Dated at Livingston, this 15th day of February, A. D. 1924. Clyde Park Bank To Re-Open Shields Valley (Wilsall) Record: According to Richard Brown. formerly cashier of the defunct Citizens State bank at Clyde Park, who was appointed receiver recently following the resignation of F.J. Habein, plans are now being made to reopen that institution in a few months. He states that liquidation is proceeding nicely, with the result that several thousand dollars in obligations to outside banks have been redeemed. Affairs are now being adjusted S0 that reorganization plans are already beginning to assume shape.

NOTICE OF SALE In the District Court of the Sixth Judicial District of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Park E S. Abbott, Plaintiff, vs. Julia J. Griffith, the Citizens' State Bank of Clyde Park, Montana, a banking corporation, Richard Brown, the Receiver of the Citizens' State bank of Clyde Park, Montana, a banking corporation, and M. J. Walsh, Defendants. To be sold at Sheriff's sale at two o'clock in the afternoon of the 23rd day of December, A. D. 1924, at the front door of the court house in the City of Livingston, County of Park, State of Montana, the following described real property, locate and situate in Park County, Montana, to-wit: Lots numbered Twenty Seven, (27), Twenty Eight, (28), Twenty Nine, (29), and Thirty, (30), in Block numbered One, (1), Arnett addition to the town of Clyde Park, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Park County, Montana.
